ELPEX-B 210 Rubber Tire Coupling (Rubber Element)

• Highly flexible, backlash-free tire coupling
• Nominal torque range from TKN = 24 Nm up to 14,500 Nm with 15 sizes
• Temperature range: from –50 °C to +50 °C for natural rubber materials (–15 °C to +70 °C for chloroprene rubber)
• Compensation of very large shaft misalignments
• Independent of direction of rotation (suitable for reversing operation)
• The rubber tire can be replaced easily without the need to move the coupled machines
• Easy mounting on the shafts is possible with taper bushes
• Instead of the standard rubber tire, a chloroprene rubber tire is available. This option is labeled FRAS, i.e. fire-resistant and anti static.
