Shipping Cost

Transport costs are calculated according to the volume and weight of the order. The calculation is done in the cart and checkout pages by typing in the delivery area code.

Customs Clearance Cost and any applicable Tax applies to the order is borne by the client.

Order Tracking

Every time we send a packet to a client the respective tracking code is also sent by email in order to track your order.

Order Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed by our supplier. In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international. However, there are cases where an order may be stuck in the customs office or in the carriage. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like to deliver your order without this product or suggest an alternative. This item will be sent to you immediately after we have received it in our warehouse.

The product you ordered has already been removed and is unavailable: Among the 2,000 products we exhibit in our online store, there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unannouncedly announces that they are being removed. In this case an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.
During periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the delivery and delivery of your order.

If it is impossible to communicate with you by phone and / or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in connection with the payment) because your data that you have entered are not properly updated. In any event, the delay shall not exceed thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
